The rating below doesn't describe the wonderful customer service and product I received. I ordered a camouflage knit zipper jacket with matching hat on February 11, 2010 for my Husband's birthday (March 15) figuring I'd hopefully allowed enough time to have this made for him. On February 19th the Knit Tree received my cashier's check and contacted me via e-mail stating that they've begun my order and already had the hat complete and were going to start the jacket. Sharon and I had great communications and she let me know that my secret birthday gift was safe with her and that I'd have this wonderful gift in time for my birthday surprise. On March 1 I received another e-mail stating that my order had shipped and on March 3rd I had received it at my work address, as I didn't want my surprise going to my home address. My husband received his gift yesterday and was extremely happy and very much surprised! He couldn't believe that only a few discreet hints was enough to land him this exceptional gift. The quality and the colors are perfect! Thank you so much for such an excellent product and gift!
