REGARDING FILLING IN THE DATE INFORMATION:
Use the following format: Month - Day - Year in numbers only
Example for wedding: 2-20-05
For Anniversary: same as above or 2-20-55 * 2- 20-05

REGARDING FILLING IN THE NAMES INFORMATION:
The more letters in the names the smaller the letters to fit in the space allowed. Take this into considaration, please. We offer you two color choices:

Color Choice: Gold
Background: Gold with Gold Metal thread
Motif and Lettering: White

Color Choice: Silver
Background: Grey with Silver Metal thread
Motif and Lettering: White
